Return Procedure

Initiating a Return
The customer may initiate a withdrawal from the contract or request a return:

Completing the Form
Customers may use the Retino online form or the withdrawal form attached to the terms and conditions. The following information should be provided:

date of contract conclusion,

full name,
-
address,
-
e-mail address,
-
specification of returned goods,
-
preferred refund method.

Return Conditions
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods unless exceptions under applicable law apply.
Returned goods should be complete, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, but not before the returned goods or proof of shipment is received.
