    Your personal data are processed internally and may also be disclosed to the following processors:

    For the purpose of handling complaints, returns and customer communication, we use the Retino service.

    The following personal data may be processed within this service:

    • first and last name,

    • contact details,

    • address,

    • e-mail address,

    • phone number,

    • order information,

    • information related to complaints or returns.

    These data are processed solely for handling complaints, withdrawal from contracts and returns.

    Transfer of Data Outside the EU

    Within marketing, analytical and certain external services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union (for example to Google or Microsoft).

    Such transfers are always carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations and with appropriate safeguards, especially standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
